    Janus is depicted with two faces, one looking forward and the other backward. The first month of the year, January, bears the name of the Roman god Janus. I listen to anything and everything (Motown, Soul, American Indie Rock, Blues, Swing (Rat Pack), Classic Rock) P! nk, Bonnie Dune, Michael Jackson,30 Seconds To Mars, The Beatles, The Sex Pistols, Evanescence, Linkin Park, Nickleback, ACDC, Deep Purple, Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, BB King, Elvis, Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand are just some of the many artists i listen to.The old year is coming to a close, and it will soon be time to celebrate New Year’s Day on January 1. Things I hate.liars, fake people, yellow food (sweet corn, swede, grapefruit and parsnips) beetroot, coconut, most sci-if movies, shallow people and spiders criminology, ice cream, scented candles, painting, traveling, birds, ice hockey, wild flowers, taking photos, coffee, afternoon tea, all things vintage, collecting notebooks and unicorns I'm a big fan of music, TV shows, poetry, movies, photography and art Whenever i'm a little down or depressed i put on Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah or Skynard's Free Bird ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE POEMS IS Mary Elizabeth Frye'S Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep! ! ! ! ! I love Victorian Gothic Architecture (in my opinion the Cemeteries are fantastically beautiful - Most favorably the Magnificent seven (especially High-Gate – North London) Dickens, Barrett-Browning, Austen and many more Victorian Literature (poetry/novels) have to be my all time favorite. Then of course there are Byron, Shelley and Keats. My most favourite art and poetry movement has to be The Pre-Raphalite Brotherhood (Dante Rossetti, Sir Everett Millias, Lizzy Siddal, Waterhouse and Christina Rossetti) are just some of my favourite artists and poets. The death of my beloved grandmother, when i was 20 years old and the development of depression and chronic fatigue (ME), saw my poems become more darker, and as i see it much more realistic. I guess as i got older i became more awear of life.

    It wasn't until i left school, that i found a true love for poetry. I had always been creative as a child, though then my first passion was art, which i pursued at (gcse and a-level) I have been writing for as long as i can remember.
